How can I avail the packages?

All packages start with the first package: Core Values Discovery. You may choose to walk away after the call, or you may proceed with a project with me and it will be deducted from your bill. You can book a call here.

Is the Core Value Discovery a sneaky way to get me to buy more services from you?

No — Because it’s a paid consultation. There will be no pitching of my other services during the call as it is focused on uncovering your core values (unless you ask for more information of course). A lot of my clients have walked away after one call because the clarity gained is enough momentum for them to move forward on their own. You have the choice to proceed with a project with me and it will be deducted from your bill. You can book a call here.

What determines the price of the other branding packages?

Price is relative to the complexity of the project, size of the company, client’s aggressiveness, the deadline, and if there are other leaders, departments, and stakeholders involved. The bigger the company, the more complicated the project gets because of more moving parts. The price of any project will be determined only after the Core Values Discovery Call.

What are your payment gateways and terms?

At the moment, I accept payments via Paypal, Gcash, Maya, or Wise.com (for bigger foreign transactions). Please email me at genielycruz@gmail.com if you have any other payment preferences. 50% downpayment must be made for branding packages in order to start. There will be no refunds for the Core Values Discovery.

How are meetings conducted?

Usually via Zoom. We can also arrange in-person meetings if you live in the Philippines.

How do I know if this will increase my sales and revenue?

It could — but probably not. The success of branding is not directly measured by numbers but rather by long-term brand reputation. How can you guarantee my success?

I can’t — Because part of the work comes from you. My approach is highly collaborative, interactive, and will involve your insights, perspective, and input. What I can assure is I care about you (a lot). I do everything I can to be a proper guide and an instrument to your business becoming more authentically you. I will provide the space for creative and courageous thinking, we will make time for tough conversations and discuss fears surrounding business. I’ll make sure you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
