It was 2016, I just got my business degree and felt invincible.

  • Marketing? Nailed it.

  • Branding? I’ll tell you ALL about it.

  • Sales? Let me bring out my whiteboard for you.

Eventually, I felt ready to serve clients and started selling marketing and branding strategies and my clients loved them!

But the most frustrating part is: the strategies stayed as…strategies. Clients didn’t take action even though the plan was concise and resonated with them.

These are common beliefs that sabotaged my clients’ success:

  • “What if this doesn’t work?”

  • “What if I fail?

  • “Not sure if I can sustain this”

  • “I don’t deserve more money”

  • “Is this strategy modern enough?”

  • And so on…

This lead to me realize that information wasn’t enough to support you because of the self doubts and crippling beliefs.

THINGS NEEDED TO CHANGE…

SO HERE’S WHAT I DID:

I combined brand strategy, positive psychology, and leadership coaching

I studied to become a positive psychology practitioner and went through leadership and performance coaching training. I learned how to empower, not just inform or tell you what to do. To disarm limiting beliefs and ignite self-confidence. Strategy became personal transformation.

Fast forward: "Dash of You" was born. It blends business with emotional intelligence, crafting powerful, brand strategies. I believe a thriving business starts from within you, and I'm here to be your guide, confidante, and cheerleader.
